Hello Everyone I have done my hair transplant recently and today I will share my three-month hair condition after fue hair transplant. What medicine I am taking and how long I will have to take it, What is my diet plan after my hair transplant. My one-month condition of hair transplant, Two months of hair condition after hair transplant, etc. Everything I will share here. So please read the whole article.

So I had done my FUE hair transplant on 20 Feb-2022 and today is 25th May 2022, On this situation, I can see my hair transplant condition that it starts growing my transplanted hair.

Compare to existing hair growth is slower than transplanted hair but the best thing is it’s growing day by day better.

Medicine After Hair Transplant |Is It Necessary to Take Medicine After Hair Transplant

Once you have done your hair transplant then you may get some medicine like painkillers and antibiotics to prevent infection and will help you to recover faster.

These medicines you will have to take for 5 to 7 days only. Once you have done one month of a hair transplant then you may take more medicine to prevent hair fall or which will help you to boost your hair.

The medicine I am taking to prevent my hair fall and these medicine help to boost my hair growth also.

  • Callithrix:- Callithrix is a multi Vitamins tablet that consists of Biotin, Green Tea Ext. , Borage Seed, Calcium D Pantothenate, Micro-Nutrients, Minerals, Amino Acids, Serenoa Repens Ext. with Vitamins Tablets. This biotin needs to take every day before sleep.
  • Finasteride Tablets:- This is the second medicine I am taking to prevent my hair fall and help to regrow my hair. Finasteride needs to take every day one tablet after a meal.
  • Minoxidil and Finasteride Topical Solution:- This is the minoxidil I am using since one month after my hair transplant, MXD-F Topical Solution 5%. I need to apply twice daily on transplanted areas with the drop and rubbing method.

If you are working overseas then how you can protect your hair fall, When I was working on cruise ship, I feel these are the main reason for my hair fall.

Common Questions After Hair Transplant

How long do I have to take medicine after a hair Transplant?

Ans. If you want to see good results then you need to take medicine for at least 9-12 months, People get results without medicine but Medicine will give you a much better result of your hair transplant.

Hair Transplant on EMI.

Ans. There are many doctors and clinics doing hair transplants on EMI but be very careful before choosing a hair transplant clinic, Because there are many fraud clinics which doing hair transplants at cheaper prices from the market. So do personal research before choosing any clinic.

Is Hair Transplant Permanently?

Ans. Hair Transplant is a process of extraction of hair from one place and restoration of another place from any part of the body. Apart from hair transplant, there is no way to grow hair in the bold area of the head So I believe hair transplant is a Permanent solution for Hair.

Is Hair Transplant painful?

Ans. Hair transplant could be done by FUE or FUT technique, both technique is totally different from hair extraction from the donor area. In FUE, doctors extract individual grafts but In FUT, Doctors extract a strip from the donor area. So I personally feel little pain while giving Anesthesia before a hair transplant but after that, there is no pain anymore.

FUE Hair Transplant is very famous and popular nowadays, Everyone wants to do an FUE hair transplant only because It is very safe and secure. FUE is a process of hair implantation from one place to another place. In this process, the doctor took the hair graft from your donor area and implanted it in absent or thinner area hair. FUE hair transplant costs could vary from clinic to clinic and place to place. If you are choosing a clinic in the city area then it may be a little expensive or if it is out of the city area then it might be a little cheaper.

In an FUE hair transplant, doctors make slits first on absent or hair-thinner areas and then extract the graft from the donor area. After extraction, the technician cleans and segregate the variety of graft like single hair graft or double hair graft. After that the doctor and their team implant the hair graft in the absent area.

FUE Hair Transplant Procedure Time

The FUE hair transplant process is a very slow and time taking process because In FUE hair transplant doctors need to extract individual grafts from the donor area and need to implant individual grafts at a time.

The Exact time depends on the number of grafts required on your bald area, But the average time is 6-8 hours.

During my hair transplant it’s take almost 10 hours of surgery, The doctor implanted me 4200–4300 graft. I took around one hour break between my hair transplant process for lunch and washroom, etc.

After a hair transplant, the patient can go home the same day and can take head wash at their home. The doctor will provide 5-6 days of medicine after hair transplant which you will have to take as per the doctor’s instruction to heal the donor area, etc.

Head Wash After Hair Transplant | When to Wash Head After Hair Transplant

Washing the head after an FUE hair transplant is very easy but you can not wash your head in the initial few days like 5-6 days. I took my first head wash on the 7th day because my doctor advise taking the first head wash after 6 days. Like my hair transplant was done on 20th Feb and I took my head wash on 27th Feb.

During first-time head wash after hair transplant, you need to keep ready with a mild shampoo(Johnson Baby Shampoo), coconut oil, Gillette Foam, and cotton. You can follow these steps:-

  • Apply coconut oil on your transplanted area and rest for atleast 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes apply Gillette foam on transplanted area towards graft direction not opposite direction and rest for 10-15 minutes.
  • Once 10-15 minutes done then wash it with normal water or mineral water.
  • Here you can make a foam with mild shampoo and apply same foam on your transplanted area and rest for 2-3 minutes.
  • After 2-3 minutes rub your transplanted area with gentle finger tips from up to downword or clockwise.
  • You can rub gentelly for 3-5 minutes and wash with normal water.
  • Once you wash your head then you need to clean your head with cotton from Up to Downword slowly-slowly.

At the time of the second head wash after hair transplant, you do not need to apply coconut oil, rest all the procedure is the same. You can clean your head like this until your transplanted area gets cleaned well. My head gets cleaned after 6-8 wash.

The cost of a hair transplant depends on multiple factors like Doctors’ qualifications and experience, the Place of the clinic, etc. The average cost of a hair transplant is start from Rs.15 per graft to Rs.100 grafts.

My hair transplant cost is Rs.20 per graft which I personally feel is an affordable price for me because the Doctor and their team have a good qualified and good experience. The Doctor’s Name is Dr. Sonam Soni and the clinic I have done my transplant is in Indirapuram Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh.

Doctor Sonam Soni did my hair line design, graft design in my bald area, She did slitting and during implantation, she keep checking with me and technician whether everything is going well or not.

After a hair transplant, you need to take medicine for 4-5 days like pain killer, antibiotics, etc. which cost you Rs. 1000-1500 approx.

Before a hair transplant, you need to do blood tests like HIV, BP, etc. which cost you approx Rs.3000. Total 5-6 tests are included in this blood test which you need to do before 7-10 days of your surgery.

Nowadays you can get a package of hair transplant price like there are many clinics offering unlimited package price like Rs.50,000-Rs.1,oo,ooo unlimited grafts but guys here you need to be very careful if you are taking any package because there are lots of fraud going on in the market. There are lots of inexperienced doctors and clinics in the market which can offer you this type of price.

Here I am sharing 8 common hair transplant side effects that you must be aware of before thinking about hair transplant. All these hair transplant side effects and have faced and taken proper precautions to get well soon from all these side effects.

  • Swelling:- Swelling is a common side effect after hair transplant you will face, On an average 98% people face with this side effect only 2% people don’t. Most of the people get nervous after swelling on head and face which is very common. The swelling will start after 3-4 days of hair transplant and will stay next 2-3 days but slowly it will settle down. So if you are facing swelling after hair transplant then no need to worry, just keep patience and try to take rest as much as you can.
  • Itching on Head:- Itching on head is also one of the very common side effects after hair transplant, Which will start after 2-3 days of transplant. Do not do itching on head if you feel then spray the liquid which you will get from clinic to spray on head every hours. This is the only best way to take precaution from itching on head.
  • Weakness After Transplant:- Most of you will feel weakness after hair transplant because lots of bleeding during hair implantation process like, slitting, extracting graft and implantaion graft.
  • Pain in your Head:- Hair transplant is a procees of slitting, Graft extraction and graft implantation. During hair transplant process Doctors use punches to extract graft and niddles to make slits which will hurt you later and give you lots of pain in your head. But these pain are not permanent, the doctor will provide you proper medice to recover as soon as possible.

My Hair Transplant Cost | Hair Transplant Cost In Delhi

Hair Transplant is very trending now and every bald people looking for a good clinic for their hair transplant but every clinic has a different price list for hair transplant. They are charging as per grade baldness you are suffering.

Some clinics charge Rs.15 per graft and some clinics charge Rs.200 per graft as per their experience and location of the clinic. But on average price of hair transplants in Delhi/NCR is Rs.20 to Rs.40. Some of the clinics offer some package system of hair transplant like 50k-80k unlimited graft implantation.

The price of my hair transplant is Rs.50,000 thousand of clinic charge Rs.1000 for medicine for a week and Rs.2800 for some pre hair transplant tests like sugar, blood pressure, HIV, etc., and almost Rs.1000 for travel expenses.
